The paradigm
We do not sell “DevOps culture.” We are not a configuration-management shop, and we do not hand-wave automation onto a problem and call it transformation. That model treats infrastructure as something to administer. We treat it as something to engineer.
Every challenge we take, a multicloud platform, an SRE practice, an autonomous AI agent operating production, becomes a software engineering problem first. Declarative interfaces, real APIs, version control, tests, review, reversibility. The same discipline you would demand of any system that has to hold.
This is a hyper-focused, user-centric paradigm: the platform exists for the engineers who depend on it, not for the people who run it. We close the distance between a platform that works in a demo and one you can defend at three in the morning.
